Food Service Agreement

Food arrangements will be finalized at the time of contract signing. Rubydoo’s Vintage Events offers catering services, with glassware and service charged at $13.50 per plate for one meat and $17.00 per plate for two meats, based on the RSVP list. Menus, including tea, lemonade, and water, will be provided to the renter. If the renter uses Rubydoo’s Vintage Event Catering, all glassware will be provided.

For events where food is not served and only cake is served, there is a $200.00 charge for cake plates, silverware, napkins, and drinks. The renter must use Rubydoo’s Vintage Event Catering and provide the final RSVP number and menu 20 days prior to the event. Rubydoo’s Vintage Event Catering guarantees enough food for the agreed number of guests.

Appetizers are available and will be charged based on the chosen trays and glassware. Table service will be the renter’s choice but will be the responsibility of Rubydoo’s Vintage Event Catering at no extra cost if using their catering service.
