An extra fee of $300 will be charged for the outdoor wedding setup.
Center Pieces: Silk flowers provided by Rubydoo’s Vintage Event Center, Real flowers are the expense of the Bride, but we provide the containers.
A damage deposit of $250 is required 30 days before the event. The damage deposit of $250 will be deposited into Rubydoo’s Vintage Events account with a full refund payable to the renter as long as the facility is left in acceptable condition up to the completion of the event. If there are damages, objects missing, or additional cleanup services required, the renter will be billed for any costs that exceed the damage deposit.
A non-refundable save-the-date deposit of $500 is required at the time of consultation and the signing of the contract for the event. No reservation of the facility will be effective until the save-the-date deposit is paid. The $500 will be applied to the renter’s balance as long as the event is held.
